Lighting Limited Indoor / Outdoor warranty

Lit–up Lighting warrants all its product to be free from defects in material and workmanship, subject to certain conditions and exclusions. For the following periods from the date, the product was shipped to the original end-user.
  • Indoor fixtures: 5 years, against the electrical defects, and the finish wear
Warranty Coverage Lit–Up Lighting will repair or replace due to manufacturing defects caused due to normal usage within the warranty period. The Warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and original installation of the product. The Warranty is not transferable. Lit –Up lighting may request for an original receipt showing the date of purchase.
A solution to the warranty claim
  • Warranty claim should be submitted through the Lighting Showroom from where the fixture was purchased
  • Provide Part to fix the reported problem
  • Repair the defective fixture
  • Replace the fixture
  • Credit to the store if the solution is not provided within 30 days from the claim
Exclusion’s to the Warranty
  • The product used in the commercial applications
  • Used for the purpose the product is not designed or intended to use
  • Any alteration, abuse, misuse or negligence
  • Any scratches, deterioration due to use of paints, solvents
  • Improper storage installed & maintenance
  • Damage caused by acts of God
  • Labor cost including but not limited to cost for the removal, reinstallation, shipping the product to Lit –Up Lighting

Outdoor Warranty: I year, against the electrical defects

Exclusion to outdoor Warranty:
  • Outdoor fixture finishes are subject to change due to prolonged exposure to the sunlight and other environmental conditions. Any claim for fading, discoloration of finish is not covered under Warranty.
  • Fixtures installed within 15 miles’ radius of the Coastal environment can be severely damaged and deteriorate the product compared to the product installed in the typical setting. Any claim for finish Failures or corrosion of other components due to coastal environment conditions does not apply to the above Warranty.
