The following are the terms and conditions for RMA & Field Destroy.
Terms and Conditions
All the returns & field destroys must be pre-approved by Lit -Up Lighting or a sales representative.
Claim / RMA for the defective product due to shipping. The claim and request for RMA for the product damaged by the freight carrier must be brought to the attention of Lit -Up Lighting within seven days after the receipt of the shipment.
The RMA will be issued only for the Active product and as per the Lit-UP lighting warranty provisions.
The return Merchandise must be accompanied by an authorised RMA form and number. Credit will be denied for the items shipped without authorised RMA, and applicable shipping charges will be charged.
RMA for Buyer’s remorse
The merchandise should be in original packaging and sellable condition.
25% restocking fees and must be shipped back on freight pre-paid basis by the customer
Filed Destroy of Defective Merchandise
Must provide pictures showing the defective parts and the fixtures
